Just a line or 2 to say i am very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship. I had my 22yo R M Williams boots re soled, heeled and new elastics....i have a second pair that might soon be due, after 15 yrs, for new heels..... ths is the only drawback, these boots and the repairs are so good you have to wait decades to take advantage of this quality of workmanship and service.
